     This a painting I painted for my daughter's birthday.  It is the Hogwarts school of magic at Universal in Orlando Florida. As many of you know I only paint from pictures I took or someone I know.  So we had to get there to take the picture. A nice little winery in California.  I forgot which one I took a picture of.  I will check with a friend who knows where this is.  I start off thinking this was a simple little painting.  It proved to be challenging because of the size and that I needed a larger canvas to give the viewer   a better sense of distance and horizontal planes.     Lily Lake Original work. Another painting of the Lilly fields on Star Island Wyndham resort.  It is Acylic on canvas paper.  It is nice stuff to work on once you get past the idea of using paper with Acrylic. Some buckling of the paper does occur.   The nice thing about it is that is allows you to do a bunch of paintings really fast in remote locations without having to carry it.  9 ' x 12"
