David's Sunrise Elixir

 

Mix In this order the day before you drink. Overnight is ok 

In a jar with a lid. 

• 1 tbls lemon juice 🍋 

• 1 tbls Olive or avocado oil 🥑 

• 1 tbls Local Honey 🐝 

• ½ tsp ginger  

• ½ tsp cinnamon  

• ½ tsp turmeric 

• 1/16 tsp to 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper ( up to your spice level)  

• Dash of fresh ground black pepper 

• Thoroughly mix  

• 1 tbls chia seeds  

• 6 oz bottled or filtered water 🥛 (room temperature) 

• Put on lid, give it a good shake. Place in fridge. In the morning give it a good shake. 

This is the first thing you drink in the morning. All ingredients are better if you use fresh but sometimes you just have to make do. You can chew the seeds if you want but we mostly just drink whole.
